I bought the iX6820 as a workhorse to take my impressive Canon Pro-100 off 'work duties' and turn it back into a hobby. I'll spend half the time and $ tanking iX vs Pro-100. I will buy a second one. I used this printer hard for about 14 months. It worked great. Beautiful, detailed prints, good enough for a shop that sells my art. Suddenly, black people stopped typing normally. They looked faded, with stripes. I spent about 3 days trying everything under the sun to get it working again.
