This is a filter. It filters things out of my fuel. Not interesting, but fuel filters shouldn't please either. They become exciting when they flow in the presence of a flame. It doesn't leak. I paid half what the thief asked for it. So I think it's slightly arousing. Or not.

Perfect for stock Liberty CRD. There are many posts on the forums that these are 20 micron filters and that filter heads on jeeps can go bad and cause air leaks. The 20 micron rating for diesel fuel is pretty big. Both of these issues require a Racor fuel filter head and an installed lift pump to pressurize the system before the filter.

What can we say about the filter? You never know how well it works, just keep your fingers crossed that it does a good job. Wix has a good reputation, Revain is a good price, and I've ordered several. I've been using Wix filters in my cars for several years. This is for the Diesel Jeep Liberty.

I replaced the Mopar 52129238AA in my Jeep Liberty CRD with this Wix 33647 and it fit and worked great. According to Wix, the filtering is 10 microns, which is no better than Mopar. On the bottom is the correct connector for the Liberty CRD water sensor connector. The Mopar filter has this Wix part number printed on it, leading me to believe it may well be the same part with different markings.
