🔥 BERNZOMATIC Worthington 336737 WT2301 Propane Torch with Trigger Start Review

The valve does not close well. It takes enough pressure to turn off and I have a feeling the handle will snap. The tip on the burner is pure garbage. The flame is not focused and is blown out by the slightest wind. I've used the best $.99 lighters. On the plus side, they're highly flammable (so far) and work well indoors when you don't need a focused flame.

This thing has never worked for me. I have tried this model and an identical model on 3 different propane cylinders. Vain. My old one worked like clockwork. But good luck because it is "irrevocable". Maybe it will work in warmer weather when I don't need it. UPDATE - Sent replacement, doesn't work either. I hope this isn't just a whole bunch of faulty products.

Worked twice and then the igniter failed. I've passed the point of no return and I don't think that's fair as I've only used this item twice. I would not recommend purchasing this product due to ignition issues. I bought this for one reason and it was to light wood pellets in a pipe for cooking. Update: Accidentally works again. It will "not shine" for some time, and then, for no reason whatsoever, it will work properly again. However, I added a star. First Rating: Tried to use it for the 5th time and the detonator died. LAME! I'm glad I didn't need it for work or anything really important! And of course it failed less than a week after the return deadline, so it seems I was just unlucky to get a refund.

The fit and finish of this tailor is excellent. Starts reliably after pressing the ignition button twice. The flame can be regulated within a narrow range, but is certainly sufficient for most household soldering jobs. I use this with a 1lb propane tank (short, short) and it works great. A piece of junk, but what's worse, it's dangerous. I ended up with a fireball in my hand. Firstly it worked great for 30 minutes using it to do some tree sugi show bans. Then the flame does not remain constant and is basically too weak to work. So I tried different propane tanks, tried to stop and start, tried taking it off and making sure the threads were fine, but it lit up fine and lasted about 10 seconds and then was unusable.
