broke during first use, bending 3/8 x 0.028" wall 4130 steel tubing. first bend was OK, second bend slightly crimped the tubing, third bend crimped worse. then I noticed the retaining channel was failing and likely allowing the tubing to bulge outwards, cussing the crimping. probably OK for softer metals and/or smaller diameter.

There are some really expensive benders out there, but this one really works well at a really decent price. It will make a clean 180 bend no problem. A little silicone spray on the channels make it work even better.

Needed to bend stainless tubing; it worked sorta, but had to waste many feet of tubing before I got one bent without a kink.
