Very nice ratchet - hand tool

This is a very solid construction that seems to last a lifetime. The direction selector is very convenient to use on these ratchet designs. The thin head appears to allow them to fit into tight spaces, but this feature is also offset somewhat by the fact that the teeth are exposed rather than encased. Therefore, under certain circumstances, when it is tight, the teeth can rub to prevent ratcheting. But overall I'm very happy with it.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Contact seller

Bravo, Wright!: Hand Tool

Excellent well made wrench. Good ergonomics and easy to turn on and off. I like the hole in the handle so I can tie it down in case I'm airborne. The only complaint about the open socket. My wrench has a button that needs to be pushed to loosen the socket, I wish it was the same. Otherwise a very good key.

Pros
  • Overall Length 7 7/8 in.
Cons
  • Expensive

Classic design, high-quality ratchet

I work in a car service and have almost every imaginable type of ratchet. Bring Snap On, Mac and Matco to me and this ratchet will bring you joy. i love this shop The way it feels is using the mechanism itself as a thumb wheel, folding lever, simple but effective design and easy maintenance. all Wright instruments. In case you didn't know, the military asked Wright to recreate this classic design because the ratchets they used in the desert became clogged and jammed with sand. They handle dirt…

Pros
  • Forged from 4140 chrome-molybdenum steel
Cons
  • I'll write later
