Update Review I originally tried these shorts on a commando without the shorts on top. The experience was not fun, they are too short and the elastic around the thigh is not tight enough to prevent them from standing up a bit. They expose some very sensitive areas of the skin. I then rode them and used a base layer or compression pants, nothing fancy or tacky just regular stretch pants and they worked really well. Very comfortable and did the job.
