Perfect fit for my fz09. I don't understand how they sell it guaranteed and washable and cheaper than the stock air filter. The difference in performance is not noticeable, but maintenance is now much cheaper and easier.

I am 100% responsible for the K&N quality in all my vehicles and this filter for my 2018 MT09 was no different. Easy to assemble and seals well. Follow the tip in the instructions to add a small amount of filter oil around the mating surfaces to help the filter snap into place without binding.

I didn't notice much of a difference in performance although my exhaust seemed to be a bit louder. My understanding is that unless the airbox is modified or removed to fit some sort of tappet or cold air intake, the FZ-09 will not see much power gain from the filter.
