Assembly instructions are simple, hardware packages are nicely labeled. It took no more than 15 minutes to make. The software requires patience and corrections as the documentation is not great. Everything except the battery is of excellent quality. What's really concerning is that the included charger seems to connect directly to the battery and I don't see any protection/protection circuitry. First I want to say that I'm a Raspberry Pi lover and thought this would be a great little project to build with kids. The quality of the parts is normal. Not great but decent; acceptable. It was also pretty easy to assemble. The worst part, however, is the software setup. This car does NOT work with its own app. I tried it on iPhone and Android on two different WiFi routers. Raspbot assembled according to instructions. The camera is active and centered when you turn on Raspbot. After it connects to Wi-Fi, nothing works in the Android app. The car doesn't move. The camera does not rotate. I couldn't find any help on the Yahboom website. That's very disappointing!

All in all I think this machine is worth the price. While I ran into some issues as well, luckily it took me a while to finally resolve them. I learned a few new things in the process. I think it's a good experience.
