Easy to use in bike racks

Easy loading and unloading of bikes. No more scratched frames from old bike racks. The only negative I can say is that I could potentially drop the tailgate all the way down if the trunk tilted an inch or two lower when leaning forward. At the moment when two bikes are loaded I can't. For this they sell a nozzle, but it is quite expensive.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Fits snugly on a fat tire 27.5 x 4.5

Very good trunk. The plastic stop on the end of the clamp bar fastener had to be sanded down a bit to fit my Gnarwhal 27.5" x 4.5" front tire. Very secure once I install the clamp bar. My fix does not affect the rack. This allows the clamping hook to remove that huge fat tire. Yakima needs to design an extension of about 1/2 inch to get rid of the spikes and large protrusions.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Compatibility

Great deal from Rack Attack

The product was new the only thing used in it was the box was opened and sealed. Exceed expectations when listed as used. Delivery was fast, arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The luggage rack is ideal for transporting 2 bicycles on different group rides. Folds up smaller than others when not in use. Folds up and down easily. The built-in locking system is easy to use.

  • Weight

  • Security

Great bike rack! Great for camping

This has to be one of the best bike racks I've ever bought. Now I know there are some negative reviews but personally I think it's because they didn't read all the instructions and installed their bike rack incorrectly. I currently ride two full-suspension, full-size MTBs and have no problem getting in each other's way. However, I will add two additions so that I can manage four bikes. But I still don't think there will be any disruption if that happens. bottom line. I recommend this bike rack…

First Impressions

Availability Here are my first impressions, I haven't had a chance to ride it yet and will update this review once I do. headache for us. For starters, here are my observations with this luggage rack regarding owning a Jeep Wrangler. I have a Jeep Wrangler Sport JL 4 Door Hard Top with a standard 2" hitch, standard lift/height and standard tires. This bike carrier is NOT compatible with the standard hitch. This requires an extension. The hole on the bike rack does not reach the hole on the…
