Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

I bought this beauty connected and rejoice. After the "one-box" SONY is a different dimension. Although "Sonya" also played what he needed. Connected to Denon 1312 Bi-wiring. I decided to immediately connect them correctly, as advised on all sites and all experts. Now I am "warming" these beauties, the neighbors are in shock))) What first catches your eye is their size, but this is only at first, they are large, but they fit perfectly in a small room, and their design performance is beyond…

Pros
  • Sound quality Beauty and aesthetics Ease of connection Heavy Price
Cons
  • Not yet identified

I am not disappointed, the quality is satisfying.

Installed in a room of about 20 sq. M. with a Denon receiver. The sound, as they say, is really quite good. Among their classmates in class and price, perhaps one of the best. You can feel the different sound of different tracks and even different recordings of the same track (you can experiment). When listening to stereo 2.0, the depth of the bass is frankly lacking, which, whatever one may say, should be present even without a subwoofer. There is no feeling of crystal clearness and…

Pros
  • Solid body, stable, no rattling, the ability to install on the legs (included), attractive appearance. Piano lacquer finish. Reliable screw terminals and the possibility of two-wire connection (maybe someone will need it). Excellent sound when watching a movie in a bunch of 5.0 - 5.1. The voices of the performers are pretty good.
Cons
  • When listening to music (2.0), there is not enough bass depth, there is no feeling of crystal clearness and naturalness of sound. Not pleased with the sound of classical (orchestral music).

A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

Gentlemen, I have been using these speakers for about 2 years now. They play in tandem with a YST-SW215 subwoofer, on an RX-V481 receiver. I do not use bi-wiring, as I did not notice much difference. Who speaks not for high end and so on. As a musician friend of mine said, in order to distinguish acoustics for $500 from acoustics for $3000, you need to have a hearing of at least $5000. If you want music - take three fives, look - hear the difference between them and the KEF Q700, take the last…

Pros
  • Sound, appearance.
Cons
  • Bass is not enough.

I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

Friends, it's funny to read how they discuss the sound from these speakers here, loading them from the receivers! No normal person would listen to music through a receiver! Only a good class stereo amplifier. Buy, listen and then you will no longer have all the nit-picking. Of course, if a bear stepped on your ear, then you can do whatever you want with the speakers. Take a good 24 bit cd player, put a shaped disc (not a stick), connect a good class stereo amplifier (better than a Yamaha) and…

Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.

We decided to give my brother acoustics with a receiver, but since his resource was limited, the choice fell on vardus 400 or 300. But they didn’t take it blindly. We went shopping for a very long time, listened, evaluated, chose. I chose acoustics in a different price range: from 4 thousand to 50 thousand (for comparison). As a person who focuses on quality and deals with music, I realized that it makes no sense to take acoustics below 14 thousand at all (at the time of writing this review)…

Pros
  • Acoustics corresponds to its price. The performance and sound quality is top notch. Cool design.
Cons
  • Didn't find it.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

Use for over 3 years. Sound - the voices of the performers sound as if they were alive. Pure and natural. Not musical? But "musically", these are distortions! Then you will not expect such voices, because musicality is achieved by distortion of the frequency response. And with an equalizer for music, you can tweak these: 200-700Hz - power and pressure 2500-3000 - transparency and air 3000-5000 - sonority and hardness. They collect dust, but wipes for monitors, once a year, are an excellent

Pros
  • Great look and sound. Movies
Cons
  • Honest monitor sound, it can be boring. The quality of the soundtrack comes to the fore. Artifacts are heard not only on mp3, but also on CD. Doesn't play symphonic music. But this is a very, very different price.

There are several shortcomings, but, it corresponds to the norm.

We got it by accident about 7 years ago, along with a Yamaha receiver of the sixth hundred and a DVD player of the same company. At first I was glad, I thought I would give up the Corvettes, these are much prettier in appearance, they stood side by side for several days, switched periodically. Refused. From Yamaha. I put my father in the room, there is a Yamaha two-channel receiver from the early 80s, he listens to the radio on it. (By the way, comments from people who evaluate the "sound…

Pros
  • Appearance (if you do not look inside) is very decent, varnishing (the same "black piano", although they say that this is a film - but neatly anyway) - too. They sound basically according to their price and dimensions. Good name (It's nicer to look at the inscription "Yamaha" than at some Chinese "brand", although the insides may not differ much)
Cons
  • Inside, the construct is not far from any "microlabs" and the like. The sound . well, acceptable, you should not expect any "miracles" from consumer goods.

I use it with NG and have not regretted the purchase for a second (I took it with the 475th receiver)! Very confident sound without drawdowns, overloads and unnecessary backgrounds. To find a clear average range, for example, when listening to soul, you will have to tinker with the settings (fortunately, the specified receiver has plenty of them). I was struck by a very high-quality bass, sometimes it is even a bit too much. Reading reviews about the lacquer finish and how the speakers collect…

Pros
  • Design, confident tops and bottoms. You can do without a sub.
Cons
  • Soft center range, rear bass-reflex output

Connected to yamaha 577, mostly watching movies. they play great, the bass is not enough. On the very first day, at a decent volume, because of the bass, the floor shook so that the neighbors began to knock - I had to put the speakers on polypropylene rugs so as not to shake the chandelier for the neighbors) I changed my mind about taking a sub to them because of this) After about half a year, still happy with the purchase. For the "old" money it was an excellent budget option, now, I…

Pros
  • Great speakers, great sound They were wonderful in terms of price-quality ratio in pre-crisis prices (then they cost 13-15), now it may be more and more difficult
Cons
  • Not an audiophile, I don’t hear subtle flaws and don’t invent. To me they sound great. Unless the backward phase inverter is not very convenient in small rooms.

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

I chose for a long time, read, watched, listened for more than a year. In most salons, acoustics, of course, play anyhow, so it is difficult to adequately relate and draw conclusions. But the Yamaha NS-555 has always caught on both in sound and appearance. I sincerely recommend to all doubters, IMHO the price-quality ratio is the best. I play on junk (VEGA amplifier), my home ones evaluate favorably. The movie is yet to come (via Yamaha 663 res). PS: what will happen after warming up the AC…

Pros
  • Design - awesome, live at home in general dump head, 5+. Sound - captivates and does not strain, 5. I want to listen to the entire audio library. Branded (and simply high-quality) CDs are stunning in their attention to detail. By the way - the bottoms are higher than the roof (16 squares of an ordinary kopeck piece), 5. The quality of the finish is impressive (Indonesia assembly), a noble piece of furniture (no offense to audiophiles!), 5+.
Cons
  • For such a price (15 sput) - well, that's ridiculous! Competitors take a break. One BUT: the disadvantages of bad SD are in full view (or in your ear?).

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

In short, I’ve wanted a more or less home stereo for a long time. As they say, if you’re maniac, it means forever. all the same, they connected it. But they didn’t offer anything else for amplification.)))))) They didn’t offer anything else. In short, cotton wool. I brought it home and . connected it to the idol 001. her high order is complete. The bass is clear, it beats out as it should, without peals and buzzes, what is needed in general, but the subwoofer still had to finish its work. for…

Pros
  • Design, build quality, sound
Cons
  • Who would not say anything, but a box of pressed sawdust

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Bought as frontal for movies and music. For a non-Hi-End level, it was impressive. For initial use, I recommend continuous warm-up for two periods of 11-12 hours each (connect speakers in antiphase at half volume). I use it in conjunction with the Yama V467 receiver. Satisfied with the start - I will continue to build the system up to 5.1 There is enough bass in principle, but for deep bottoms it is better to purchase a separate subwoofer.

Pros
  • 1) Appearance 2) functional 3) sound
Cons
  • 1) there was no connector for the FM antenna in the kit (it was bought in the BIGTV online store - apparently they forgot to put it)

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Reliable product for all occasions, quality on par.

I respect Hi-Fi specialists, but, in my opinion, a sophisticated person will look for something more serious from a higher price category, so I will write a comment in the words of an average person. I purchased these speakers to replace active shelf speakers, in fact computer speakers, that worked in tandem with no subwoofer. To replace, finally, I purchased a 573 Yamaha receiver paired with these speakers. Of course, I was impressed by the contrast, the sound in the cinema became (more…

The product does not match the description, poor quality.

Receiver DENON 1907 at 120wt per channel. While listening at home in the hall 20m. watched movies music up to 70% power everything is ok! I took a hall there 40m to the dacha. Gave it all! and cheers the tweeters are dead, though they have a reserve of up to 250 at maximum speed! And the warranty service sent! Although before that there were columns for 8t. R. 5pcs Chinese! But when they burned the tweeters, they did it and didn't ask anything! Yamaha service gggggg! By the way, they announced…

Pros
  • Good look!
Cons
  • Incorrect load distribution on the speakers, no fuses. The result is burnt HF.

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

To be honest, I don’t understand why many sellers call them coffins, I fundamentally disagree with this. It’s just that if you connect them to a receiver, then it should be of a sufficiently high series, then the speaker’s potential will be fully revealed, but don’t forget about biamping. In general, the speakers showed themselves very well even at low volumes.

Pros
  • Pleasant sound. Decent appearance, price
Cons
  • varnish

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not exactly the product I wanted, the price and quality do not match.

The speakers sound good, much better than the Soviet ones, such as the S-90 and analogues. But getting used to the normal sound is necessary, after the Soviet cash mixers and tsikalok. Metal and bands like Pink Floyd require a sub - you can't feel their music. The sound is pleasant, but somehow veiled. Lots of high ones. For a while I thought that I had chosen the best in this price and I was pleased with everything. But later I listened to cheaper speakers and they sounded more interesting and

Pros
  • Beautiful appearance.
Cons
  • For the money you can find more musical speakers.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

I bought two columns before the crisis for 15,000. I listened to a bunch of speakers in the price range from 10t. R to 20t. R. Yamaha liked the most, for the price, build quality and sound. I think that in the price category from 10 up to 20t. R the best. Who can afford more expensive, look, maybe you will find, I don’t know, I didn’t look and didn’t listen. Highly recommend, great speakers! I'm listening through a Yamaha 475 receiver.

Pros
  • Excellent appearance, good rich sound, nothing rattles at high volume, the sound remains clear and clear.
Cons
  • I don’t know . maybe the legs aren’t high .

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.

What they write about thin walls, electrolytes in filters and coils with a core is not hi-end, if you do everything as it should be, the price will increase by several orders of magnitude, and the sound will be insignificant. But everything is in the hands of the user, the case is beautiful, the speakers are solid, if you also put your hands on your head, experiment (wisely, of course) - they will not be worth the price. As for the uniformity of the frequency range - everything is fine: the…

Pros
  • Great look, great design. Good heads with an elastic suspension and a light and durable cone. Sound on 4.
Cons
  • In my opinion, the filters are not quite right. By ear: up to 600 - 1000 Hz the bass speakers play, from 800 - 1500 to 3000 - 4000 the midrange speaker plays, the tweeter plays above. I would move the low/mid range up and the mid/high range up as well. At the top of the reproducible range, the speaker plays cleaner than at the bottom, so it is advisable to avoid the operation of the speakers near the lower limit, this affects the purity and transparency of the sound of any speakers, and these in particular. Point removed, for insufficient transparency of the sound.

Everything in the product suited me, the price is generally perfect.

Now a few words about the tweak: 1) Put on spikes 2) pasted inside sindepon 3) Changed the capacitors in the crossover. About everything in order: the spikes, as you know, the spikes are not included in the kit, but I did buy expensive ones, I took the M6-30 bolts, turned the tips, drilled holes in the supports and inserted the bolts, and in order not to scratch the parquet, I put it under them metal washers. Then everything is simple, I glued it inside with a sindepon and that’s it, now…

Pros
  • Gorgeous appearance, high quality workmanship, and of course impeccable (in my opinion) sound after the tweak (more on that in the comments).
Cons
  • No more, everything suits me already

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product can be used, I expected a little more.

Used for more than 5 years - do not recommend to the front! I installed the NS-333 - in a team with the NS-444 there is a uniform picture - there are even treble and bass on the same line, before the NS-555 they simply crushed the center, listened and did not understand, something was missing. A normal subwoofer harmoniously complements the picture. Not needed low frequencies on the front-N-E N-U-F-N-S !

Pros
  • Beautiful, well-made, deep bass, a large margin of power.
Cons
  • The bass completely clogs the mids (if they are there at all) and partially the treble
