Great product, great price! I replaced an over 10 year old that thankfully broke in the water. If this continues for 5 more years, I will definitely win my $$!

It is important to note that this is not a high quality sun resistant nylon material (like seat belts). This is polypropylene. Structure is ok. Just not the best material for a pendant that will be exposed to the sun.

I always like to go heavier than necessary. But this time he came back to bite me. This strap is much thicker than my original strap. I couldn't get everything on my chick and I had to modify it. (Cut) Otherwise it's a very good product.

I had to upgrade the harness on my 4000 boot - the old one almost broke - not good - this one is rock solid - installed very well - be sure to run it tight with the weight of the boat the first few times - great product

Mounted on an aluminum trailer with a 30ft Baja Outlaw. Replaced the original strap with a broken spring clasp. The material, colour, metal quality of the clip and design are definitely an improvement over what was originally on the pendant. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought to replace the thin original which started to wear out immediately on my Reese Towpower #1500. Easy installation, handy size and high quality hook, no signs of wear after 60 rides or so. Note: The extra thickness effectively decreases your winch's performance due to the larger spool diameter (it completely fills the reel).

I bought this for my 25ft boat and am very glad I did. The seams are well made and hold together very well. My boat weighs over 6500 pounds and has had no issues with this strap. I don't launch my boat on a trailer, I usually bolt it down with a strap and u-bolt. I have a feeling it will last for many years. The metal will not bend or rust, even with constant exposure to the Florida sun and salt water.

This was my first winch strap replacement and I overdid it a bit. The strap is twice as thick as the counterweight strap that comes with the boat and trailer so the winch couldn't hold it. This is not a problem for me as I start off the ramp at a good angle. I ended up shortening the strap to 11ft as that's all I really need and it's great for the winch.
