The high quality of this stand was surprising considering the price. I use it for my 9.7" iPad. It's rock solid even when the iPad is off center and in landscape orientation. The notch on the bottom makes it easy to use for iPad and iPhone when the cable is connected in portrait orientation There have been many occasions where it could fall off when other objects hit it or fell on it and it hasn't even fallen off in the almost 3 months I've been using (daily).Very happy with this product.

I am very happy with this stand! I bought it on sale and when I assembled it I was concerned about how durable it would be. But the stand is strong and durable enough to hold my iPad without taking it out of the case! (See photo.) Of course I also use it for my cell phone. I can adjust the height by 2 inches and the angle from vertical to about 45 degrees. It might not seem that great on the first build, but after the build it works great for me!

Waste of money! I read all the reviews and decided this would be something to try. boy was i wrong! It's not durable, it doesn't support iPad or iPhone XR! He keeps leaning forward when I say one of them. It's not high at all as I thought it will be very short even when fully undressed. Nothing snaps into place, everything is loosely fitted together. It's just a piece of crap and I wouldn't seriously spend my money! I'm YouTube or trust me it's garbage! I wish I could put minus 10 stars!

The stand works as is, but I don't like the design. It uses a friction hinge to adjust the angle of the screen. I have an iPad (5th gen) with a case and screen protector which adds weight. The screen's viewing angle setting is too weak for my heavy rig, so it rotates down a lot. I think it's designed to hold lighter items. It works great with phones, my Fire tablet, etc. Anything that weighs less should be fine. There's no way to tighten the screen angle setting, it's set to a specific friction

So my stand is almost entirely plastic. I'm not sure how other people got metal frames. And although the description says the base is metal, I have a plastic one. Good in theory, but in practice it falls apart when picked up anywhere other than the base. None of it stays together when lifted. I made the mistake of lifting up the phone's case and the whole thing just fell apart onto the floor. I would give this thing five stars if whoever designed it made it so that it stays together when lifted. And while I know it's not designed for an iPad Pro it will hold up, but it's not sturdy at all and you can't use it for typing or anything. Also, it's not strong

Sorry I didn't nudge the image in the right direction. It was a great addition to my office. 1) In all zoom meetings, it's perfect for holding my phone and getting the right angle. 2) I don't lose my phone on the table which is a bonus. 3) I find myself holding my phone to speak on speakerphone.
