Perfect hammer for around the house chores.

I worked with this hammer this past weekend doing everyday chores with it and springtime projects outside. It it as heavy as a regular wooden hammer and works perfectly for the tests I put it through. I love the bright red on the handle as I can see it easily when I put it down and go looking for it later. It feels good in the hand and stands up to wood and plastic materials. I plan on making a nice comfortable, cozy life with this hammer and all the things it can do for me.

Pros
  • ‎Alloy Steel
Cons
  • Hammer may be too large to use as a precision tool

Nicely Balanced Hammer - Great Size

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with this 16oz fiberglass claw hammer. The balance is spot on which is key to being able to accurately swing a hammer, hit your target and not wear out your arm when working all day. This hammer is an excellent size, not a dinky junk drawer hammer and also not a huge industrial heavy hammer - I have and use both of those as well. This is a standard, middle size hammer that you will use for 90% of home projects and be glad to own.I have had zero issues with it…

Pros
  • ‎16oz Claw Hammer-Forged In One Piece
Cons
  • Non-slip handle may be too abrasive for some users and cause skin irritation

Powerful tool with good grip

I like the grip and how it feels. This is one powerful tool on both of its business ends. The handle though is magnificent-feeling. It does indeed absorb a lot of the impact vibration as intended. The best thing about it is that aside from the PP+TPR handle, the tool is forged as one piece. That makes it super durable, but I cannot see for certain how far the one-forged-piece extends down the handle because the PP+TPR covering blocks one's visual field. Presumably, the one-piece extends all the…

Pros
  • Perfect size to get the little house hold jobs done.
Cons
  • Hammer may be too heavy for precise or delicate tasks

Compact and easy to use

Most of the time, all I need a hammer for is putting in some nails to hang art. I have an art gallery and don't need a huge hammer. This little guy is great. It's easy to hold, which is something considering many hammers are just too big and bulky. And I hate buying some pink, delicate hammer just because I'm a woman. I just want a hammer that fits well in my hand, and let's face it, most hammers are made for men. This one could easily work for both, but it's definitely easier for me to hold…

Pros
  • Priced rightNice appearanceColor is easy to find
Cons
  • Claw may become warped or misaligned over time

Heavy Hammer - my new review

This hammer is pretty impressive and makes an excellent addition to my tool collection. In all of my years in home improvement, I’m not sure I’ve handled a hammer as heavy as this one in this size. The hammer is hefty, weighty and feels well crafted. While using, this hammer works well at hammering in one shot. I would recommend being extra careful while using due to just how heavy the hammer is. The handle feels like a very hard plastic and rubber, making it super easy to keep ahold of…

Pros
  • It hammers fine.
Cons
  • Steel may rust over time if not properly maintained

Nice claw hammer best in my review

This is a nice, lightweight, fiberglass claw hammer. If you're not used to the weight distribution on a fiberglass hammer, it's a little different. But it's very lightweight and easy to wield.I mosyly have been using it for small household projects like hanging pictures. For that it's fine, but I'm guessing in the field-+in construction work--it's got a lot of other functionality and uses.Mine's 12-in and fits perfectly in my 12-in tool bag.Highly recommended!

Pros
  • It’s a hammer and it’ll give you what you paid for. Lightweight too.
Cons
  • Claw may become dull and difficult to use over time

exactly what you'd want from a small hammer

This is basically what'd you want if you're looking for a compact/small hammer. The handle is short but that's kind of the point. It's sturdy and well made so it gets the job done.

Pros
  • Good general hammer for around the house.
Cons
  • Steel construction may produce unwanted noise

cute little hammer for my opinion

over all a really nice cheap hammer that does a fair job i might add this is better suited for smaller handed people but great over all

Pros
  • Hand Tools
Cons
  • Steel construction may create sparks during use, presenting a fire hazard in certain situations
