I'm satisfied, the product is exactly as described.

If the seller does not allow you to test the lens, you should not buy, indeed not everyone is successful. If you have chosen a good copy of the image, you will get a very decent one both in sharpness and in color. We bought 2 pieces, chose from 5. Open apertures are soft and somewhere it’s even not bad, but with 3,5 the microcontrast is “standard”. I like glass, I use it often, but the design and execution of this lens is exactly at its cost - if the lens hangs on the neck, the moving part of…

    Pros
    • Aperture, color, sharpness, weight, size.
    Cons
    • Execution, quality control. But, if the same lenses were in a normal case, then the price would be different /

I took it due to lack of funds, but now I understand that it is better to have this lens in the arsenal than no 35 cheap, plastic, crackling, but so familiar))) With its pros: Price Versatile portrait focal length You are not afraid to use it in extra conditions and somehow wrinkle / scratch it Has some cons: and intimate moments (kisses, hugs) I start work only with 2.4-2.8, because if you open more, it smears strongly, 1.8, so 35mm goes into battle.

Product is unreliable, just don't buy it.

Normal sharpness in the center starts at f3.5, after f11 he returns to normal only at f8 it was fixed on the carcass, glass is fun and exciting, you can indulge. Has pros: Surprisingly well holds the backlight, there was not even a thought to put a hood on it. Its cons: hence the main disadvantages - unstable autofocus, Chromatitis, but this is at least fixable by the editors.

Reliable product for all occasions, quality on par.

I take it on trips for the sake of weight and attach it to my 6d and now you have an affordable light full frame with a nice fast picture. Has pros: Lightweight, the picture for such a price is very good, especially if we consider the crop of the matrix. Has cons: Chromotic oberations are present, but again, the price allows it.

Very high quality product, it's not the first time I bought it.

A very good lens for the money, especially for those who want to try a new focal length, with good ISO, for this price, it has no competitors! Well done Chinese! Gorgeous contraption! We are waiting for an even larger assortment in the company's products, correcting shortcomings and improving the existing line Pros below: 1) Aperture 2) Price 3) Compact and light 4) versatility 5) Quiet and fast operation 6) nicely packaged, comes with a chic bag Got cons: 1) I heard that with group portraits…

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

For such a price, I expected the worst, but the output is very decent glass! I thought it would make a lot of noise like a robot, but in fact it works even quieter than my 50mm 1.4 from canon. Focus on my old 5d m3 works great. In general, I am very pleased, the Chinese surprised me for the better. I can safely recommend Its pros: Weight, cost, focus (works well in places with insufficient lighting), metal mount, small size, universal focal length (from waist-length portraits to street and…

Poor quality, not suitable for use.

Bought it for video. We needed a wide angle and aperture ratio. Now about Autofocus. AF can try to focus on the face several times, all with hellish noise and eventually fail (most of the video is a little out of focus despite focusing on the face, for example. I’m generally silent about tracking AF, it’s completely dark there). At least 250d. Different pros: Price, but on the secondary market you can buy a little more expensive much more interesting option. Passed this one and bought a sigma…

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

For the money, a very affordable and good lens, especially for beginners and amateurs, its counterparts from other companies are many times more expensive, and only pros will probably see the difference in photo quality. Its pros: Very cheap, light, fast, fast in aiming The pattern on the open aperture is soft, pleasant bokeh. On a more closed one, it is sharp enough. Different cons: Sometimes smears on a very open aperture. Noisy during autofocus, which is somewhat undesirable for video…

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

I really like to shoot with this lens and it deservedly took the place of a regular lens for every day. Has some pros Price, compact size and light weight, universal focal length - for a partial frame, the equivalent focal length is 56mm. They can shoot both portrait and landscape, both outdoors and indoors. The picture is very pleasant: the color reproduction is good, the sharpness in the center is already from aperture 2.5, but it is quite possible to shoot at 2. At 5.6, a maximum…

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

I ordered it for aliexpress, on the day of sales on November 11, I already received it in 3 weeks), it cost 5560 wooden ones! I always liked fifty kopecks 1.8, but because I use it on crop, I wanted a "wider" viewing angle. Yongnuo has become a godsend for me, because this is the only lens that I can afford for the price. I will add my comments as I use them. Very satisfied with the purchase, I recommend. It’s not the technique that shoots, but the photographer, I wish you all bright pictures!

    Pros
    • Fast focus, sharp picture, round aperture, compact size, light weight, metal bayonet, well built
    Cons
    • Front focus, chromatic aberration, barrel, but other lenses suffer from this, the motor buzzes (but my whale lens is not quieter)

It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

At first I doubted it very much, but with modern prices, and a weak desire to sell my used optics to ebay photographers, and with a budget, the choice was not great. I ventured to see this copy. There were very, very few reviews with pictures, and then on Western sites. When choosing, I took a target with me. There were no front-back focuses on the target, I checked it at all apertures up to 10. But while shooting on an open hole, I observe some kind of misses. I calibrated with Canon's…

    Pros
    • - really holds backlight (I haven't seen anything like this on canon 50mm f1.8 II); - really sharp already from 2.2 (at 2.0 it’s also good, but there is only manual focusing, since misses are frequent); - nice background blur; - good design (canon 50mm f1.8 II backlash); - steel bayonet; - rubberized focus ring, nice to hold and easy to work (unlike canon 50mm f1.8 II); - almost - almost invisible X / A (yes, I didn’t see a single one on my shot 600 frames); - the barrel is minimal; - price;
    Cons
    • - there are no profiles in LR yet (when using canon - automatically recognizes as 35mm f1.4); - there is a front / back focus (see comment);

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

Afraid to remove the lid Afraid to put on a lid When not in use, you need to switch to mf and pull the trunk inward so as not to break The focus motor buzzes loudly, but I can hardly imagine where it could interfere with me. Well, only if at some quiet ceremony or in the theater. 35-50mm is the most comfortable for me in terms of focal lengths. With such lenses, it’s not very crowded, and they don’t break the geometry as much as widths less than 30 mm. Some kind of bokeh is already being drawn…

    Pros
    • - 35mm - aperture - the only 35mm canon I can afford - sharp enough for most tasks
    Cons
    • - flimsy - chromatic aberration

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

The product is unreliable, it is not worth buying.

Normal sharpness in the center starts at f3.5, after f11 it starts to drop. In the corners, he returns to normal only at f8. I got it with a decent front focus, it was fixed on the carcass, but there is still no salvation from misses. It seems that the quality varies greatly among different copies, so buying from the Chinese turns into a lottery. In general, glass is fun and exciting, you can indulge.

    Pros
    • He works. It is not a pity to lose or break. Surprisingly well holds the backlight, there was not even a thought to put a hood on it.
    Cons
    • Terrible quality. The lens block decently backlash and dangles, hence the main disadvantages - unstable autofocus, strong soap in a random angle and fierce distortion in the same angle. It would have dangled a little more - Lensbaby would have had a severe competitor. Cheap plastic. The flashes of the same YN are much more pleasant to the touch. Chromatitis, but this is at least fixable by the editors.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, will order more.

I use full frame. This is a wide aperture, so it is not suitable for portraits. I sometimes use it indoors and outdoors, when it is impossible to move away from the object and shoot at 50 mm. For me, the 35mm lens is narrowly applicable. The lens is worth its money. The Chinese analogue Canon EF 35 mm f/2.0 has 7 aperture blades instead of 5 for canon and the price tag is 3 times less.

    Pros
    • - price (!); - f / 2 aperture, sharp at f / 2 in the center; - accurate autofocus, compactness and weight; - high-quality metal mount and plastic lens body.
    Cons
    • - soapy at the edges on an open aperture (at f / 2, sharpness is worse at lateral focus points by 2 times, at least than in the center of the frame); - XA up to f / 2.8; - very afraid of backlight: the contrast drops sharply and illuminates with glare throughout the frame; - no lens mount. I bought a petal hood, which is screwed onto the thread for the filter. In this case, you cannot use a hood and a light filter (polarik) at the same time; - the autofocus motor whirs.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money, I recommend.

The lens costs its 100 (+/-10) $ and fully justifies this investment. In fact, this is the good old EF50 / 1,8 with all its advantages (price, size, aperture, good pictures in good lighting) and disadvantages (misses and AF speed, XA), only with a focal length of 35mm. The cases are almost identical, the hood of the "fifty kopecks" (ES-62) is detachable from 2 parts and is also wound inside, and you can already screw the filter on it. And correctly refracted and reflected backlight from objects

    Pros
    • 1. Aperture f2.0. 2. Image quality, interesting bokeh 3. Price 4. Quality of materials
    Cons
    • 1. Autofocus speed (and its sound) 2. High HA 3. Lack of distance scale 4. Autofocus misses (like 50 / 1.8 hits 8 out of 10)

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

The main advantage of this glass is the price! At a cost of 6 tyr (at the time of 09/15/2022 on Ali) you get a WORKING fix. He is able to produce a decent picture, which Kit can only dream of. As for distortions, with a deft hand movement of half a second in the appropriate editors, you get a ringingly sharp picture and without any barrels and aberrations. Yes, the design is flimsy, but gentlemen, this is not some kind of L. Look at the budget fifty kopecks, the situation is no better there…

    Pros
    • Price (If ordered from China, it is even more divine), ideal focal length for crop, sharp enough, tenacious enough, metal bayonet.
    Cons
    • Moving "trunk"; there are backlashes of the focusing ring and, in fact, the trunk, which means it will be a vacuum cleaner; buzzing motor; very noticeable distortion; Sometimes smears, but who is not without a sin)
