Worked great! - Chamfering & Grooving Cutters

They worked exactly as they should. They delayed us hundreds of feet tongue and groove. I used softwood so can't speak for a denser material but I would buy them again if I ever need them.

Good while it lasted

Used them to make a DIY floor worked great for a while but after about 100 18" boards the socket wrench broke. So if you need something for a small job, put them on. If you don't want to spend $100, they work decently after some tweaking, but if you're doing a larger project, spend the extra money and buy a set good solid bits.

Attractive but requires extra work

I bought this kit to finish the inside wall of a barn using half inch planks of various woods. The bits cut well and I didn't have to adjust the stop between bits. The beveled edge made the result attractive. But the tongue barely entered the groove and the fit was very tight. My solution to the first problem was to use a small hand plane a couple of passes on each side to narrow the tongue, but with a better bait. would make this cone for me.
