Pretty messy with wheels

The bike is well built and my son loves it. The problem is that the rear forks are so wide and so close to the seat that he bumps his ankle every time he rides. As he got more confident and tried to move faster, the kicks to his ankles got worse. Today he had to walk home from the park while I carried the bike. So I ordered a new bike and removed this after 2 months.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • A few small things

Easy to learn to balance

We first bought a balance bike at WalMart. Our little girl is just over 2.5 years old now but we got her when she was around 26 months old. It was still too small and only had one wheel on the back. We saw this one at Revain and ordered it. 1) It was the best height and the seat is adjustable too and 2) having 2 wheels in the back really gave her a better sense of balance. It took her maybe 2 days to ride it like a pro and I have no doubt that when she is ready to ride a bike it will help!

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Great bikes for tricycles, scooters and vans

Durable and lightweight. But most of all do the children like it? They love it. My son is speeding up and down the street alone and my daughter is chasing after him. My daughter is 2 and she wobbles a bit on it, my 3 year old flies on hers. My only complaint is that my son learned from the version where the tires are angled for more stability. My daughter needs to learn from this 1 and it's a learning curve. Don't get me wrong, it will stand up on its own, but it takes a bit of balance to…

Great for little kids!

My 18 month old is very small - 3 percent height; I was concerned that he might be too low for this balance bike, but his feet are flat on the ground in the lowest riding position! Assembly is quick and easy; All inclusive. Love the double rear wheel, it helps my little one get used to it and provides extra support while he learns to balance. It's not light, but not too heavy either, my toddler can carry it unaided. The bike we received looks exactly like the listing including the handlebars…

The most stylish and lightest bike for your little one.

This balance bike is so cute, stylish and light that my toddler who is usually hesitant to try something new chose this one. I mean just look at the pics I posted I would love to ride it if I were a toddler. The quality doesn't suffer from the lightness and I like the tires because they are not too thin like foam tires and not too heavy because of steel. Edge. A very light bike is important for toddlers to feel in control. It's hard to choose one when you have so many options, but I recommend…

Big! Highly recommended

Easy assembly. Like the steering wheel lock so it doesn't engage backwards. The seat height is easily adjustable. As long as it looks strong. Not the lightest but still very light, enough for my young son to lift the bike by himself and turn it easily. The dual rear wheel is great. We get a lot of compliments on it and I find it helpful for beginners. This bike is suitable for children up to 3 years old. My son is smaller than the average 2.5 year old and fits him perfectly in the top tier. He…

The best at all! Just buy, don't think!

Assembly was SUPER easy! It took me about a minute to pull myself together. It took longer to open the box and remove the plastic wrap that was wrapped around the parts than it did to put them together. My son LOVES this! I would highly recommend this bike for beginners. My son regained his balance fairly quickly. I love that it has two rear wheels to give it a bit more balance (it CAN stand on its own if you stand correctly) but it also teaches them to be careful and balance while riding or…

Miniature Speed Demon gear. Must have for early learning.

I had never heard of any of these bikes until my wife told me to buy one for my son. The balance bike sounded like some kind of fad that I had to accept in order to keep my wife happy. I have to admit that it was a great idea of hers. We gave our son a unique freedom, I don't think he would have had any other freedom at his age. It was easy to put together and I was completely blown away at how well my son rides his bike. He can keep a very good speed on our big bikes and he's only three years…
