Latches not good for power and hand tools

I think these latches come loose with pocket screwdrivers. The magnet fell off on the first day. They work well for what they are.

Better than expected

I bought these to replace one I had that had a Phillips on the other end instead of a magnet. I rarely used the Phillips end so I decided to try them as I expected the magnet would be mostly useless but the magnet is a lot stronger than I expected. I definitely recommend them, just wish they were sold individually or in pairs as I don't really need 8.

This is real stuff from 40 years ago!

Excellent! One of the best tools ever invented and you no longer have to wait until the holidays to get it from a local handyman. These are real "old school" riders that have been around for 40 years. Open your post, pop out the plug or drive in the shaft to make a short mixture adjustment screw for the carburetor etc. These are not bad imitations that have two ends with a cross shaft and a hex shaft like other crazy things.
