The hardware seems to be good quality, but there is one design flaw.The 10' rail comes in two 5' pieces that need to be bolted together, I knew that when I purchased. But, once those pieces are bolted together, the pre-drilled holes in the rail are no longer on 16" centers. This is because the last hole on the right rail and the first hole on the left rail are 6" from the end of the rail where you bolt the two together. I install these and make custom barn doors. This is a nice solid one-piece track. I don’t like the two-piece tracks as they are difficult to hang and hard to level. The directions appear easy as well for those newbies. Highly recommended, especially at this price

Instructions- not so hot. These are for interior doors, standard US interior doors are 1-1/4” thick, apparently these guys didn’t get the memo on that. Why provide such long bolts with cap nuts that bottom out before tightening the wheel brackets down? These are black painted metric bolts- not easy to find in the local Home Depot! Be prepared to stack a bunch of washers when you use their lame hardware kit!

I had a small door that I built for our dog, and this product worked great. The bolts that came with the set turned out to be a bit too long for the custom door I had built which was slightly thinner than standard. I emailed the company and they promptly shipped me 4 shorter bolts which fit perfectly. Will buy again from them.

Great product nice and heavy duty, wheels roll great. Just beware the instructions for mounting the wheels to the door are not correct your door will be in the floor dragging if you do. I think it's for a different style roller. Love the look of it too

Delivery was delayed, but customer service responded quickly. Purchases 8 units for a real horse barn. Not sure if the 2 piece track will hold up, but works very nice. Expect eventually will replace rail with single solid rail. Vendor was reliable and product was exactly as described.

Product and customer service are amazing! We had an issue with our initial order and after emailing customer service they responded within 24 hours and promptly addressed our issue.
