bends and sags overtime - best use is for light hollow core doors.

We had our contractor install these tracks a year ago. We hung two10-window slabs bought from a local big box hardware store. The door farthest from the wall has sagged to the point where the doors are now rubbing against each other. Best use for these tracks would be for light hollow core doors.

Beautiful product - my new review

The holes are pre drilled at 16” make sure this lines up to what you have. You may have to put a runner board (2x6 or 2x10) at the top to support the weight and have that tie into the studs

Poor instructions good for me

Poor instructions, not clear, hardware was missing a spacer so pully sloppy. Once up looks great, but very hard to install

Instructions are not clear

Very difficult instructions to understand. Confusing and unclear. still trying to install for over a week. Ruined my wood base and had to start over. Not fun

Instruction fail best in my review

The instructions DO NOT tell you that the spacers are 1/8" different in sizes. So we had it up and then had to take it down and reinstall because we had the short ones on the back rail. Nowhere does it say they are different sizes! Super frustrating. Even after changing the spacers we had to remove the back washer because the door was hitting the bolt heads!

Bought for barn doors that needed to bypass one another

I hired a handyman for this project as the doors weighed a TON and I didn't want to be responsible for them not being installed properly. He ended up needing to make a trip to home depot to make this track work. But It did exactly what we needed to do, which was bypass one another due to not enough wall space for them to open separately. We searched high and low for a good, sturdy 10' track and this was one of only a few we were able to find

Shoddy quality horrible instructions

This has to be the most frustrating barn door install I have ever done. The lack of instructions is bad enough but then the quality isn’t great too. Not happy with this product at all

Nice barn door hardware

Using these sliding doors is a great way to enclose our mechanical room and still have easy access to all of our equipment. The doors look great and operate very smoothly. There were a few missing screws, but we easily replaced them with what we had on-hand. Much less expensive than what we found on other sites!
