At first I thought why was I the wrong size but had a hard time putting it on the wheel. Once you put it on the drum you have to pull it very hard to get it to the wheel. Be very careful because if you put it in the right place you won't be able to repeat it because I almost pinched my fingers with the belt. . Overall this works on my dryer model so I'll save a lot of money fixing it myself. I have included a picture with information about my dryer.

I ordered this belt in advance knowing from the noise of our dryer the belt would eventually break - and it did a few days ago. No problem. I was smart enough to plan ahead. Used instead of paying $24 plus shipping for a WE12M29/WE12X21574 part for my dryer. When I put it on I thought it might be too long, but the pulley you have to move to turn it has a locking mechanism so you don't have to hold it down while trying to install the belt. . Here's a tip for those with a GE: After removing the drum, move the tensioner all the way to the right and you can hook it onto the motor mount.
