The best kitchen scissors I have ever owned. Excellent cut. keep edge. Disassemble for easy cleaning, but never disassemble when using. I liked them so much I bought a second pair.

These kitchen shears for under $20 are by far the sharpest I've ever used. I'm sorry to say, but they compete with my mother's old Katko. Yes, Cutco is a little bit better, but Jen isn't worth $90 anymore! It also disassembles for easy cleaning. very glad I found this pair. Bought a few other cheap ones and that's all they were.

After a bad experience I decided to only use Japanese, German or American scissors knowing they would be more expensive than Chinese ones. I bought these over the summer after reading great reviews as I needed to replace kitchen shears I've had since college (ie at least 15 years old). At first they worked very well.
