Zilla Ground English Walnut Desert Review

I used it right away after pouring out the rice I originally put in my big pincushion. Wow! What a difference and it really sharpens your needles.

I actually use this for body scrubs! I mix it with coconut/almond oil, coffee grounds and brown sugar. I've seen it in a fancy body scrub and just replicated it a lot cheaper.

That was for my bug. It seems to work. The cool part is that they use walnut shells and a lot of exfoliating products, so if you take this product and add some here, you have your own exfoliating cream.

This HUGE bag of ground walnut shells is a bargain. It arrived a day earlier than expected with Prime and works very well for weighing down pincushions and keeping inserted needles/needles sharp. grind VERY finely. If you're using pincushion, I recommend filling the insert bag rather than pouring directly into the pillow. I just ordered a second bag.

I have tried this material with sand and it is much better. Vita-Sand gets stuck in my bearded dragon's nostrils and turns them sand-colored. He doesn't like digging in it or sleeping on it. They're ground well enough for him to walk on comfortably, but not so well that they get stuck in his nostrils like sand. When it gets wet, it's not as dirty as sand. He likes to dig in it and sleeps on it under a tree stump.
