The best ratio of price and quality!

September 2019 I bought this system two years ago and I love it! It didn't come with a hard drive, but you could get a 3TB Sata 3.5 at Revain for about $35, and it was so easy to install in a dashcam that my 10-year-old could do it. 3 TB gives you about 3 weeks of highest quality recording before the oldest data is automatically overlaid. Luckily I didn't notice anything bad, but I did find some interesting points, like the video in my review, that prompted me to write this review. All theseโ€ฆ

I have installed over a hundred security camera systems and the only thing that bothers me is the lack of additional features like ddns and also the US interface is not the same as .

I give these guys 5 stars for their customer service. They won't ignore you even if they don't speak English very well. The product is exactly as described. I have installed over hundred security camera systems and the only thing about it is lack of additional features like ddns and also US interface, not like their types but works out of the box. Definitely a second purchase. I'm downgrading to 1 star and if there were minus 5 I would rate this junk. I will never buy Zosya again! Here is aโ€ฆ

Economical, good cameras, confusing software and update processes. Good support.

ok. back and forth with it. Pros: The quality of the camera is better than many older retail items I've used. The night vision is also better than expected. For $119 it's not bad. The cameras appear to be well constructed. When you connect the DVR to an Ethernet network, the remote viewing quality and response speed are excellent. Customer support is also good. I had a problem updating the firmware and thought I locked my device (I recommend contacting them on Facebook for a quick response)โ€ฆ

Really disappointed with the product and customer service - I want my money back

We first ordered this unit in December and attempted to install the product on our out of state rental. We could not get the DVR to log in. We were trying to deal with customer service and the big problem was that they are in China in a different time zone and only communicate with me via email. So it would take over 24 hours for someone to email me with question after question. I replied and 24 hours later received the next question or step in an attempt to resolve our issue. We only visitโ€ฆ
