I use these on my e-bike to control lights. Solid clicking buttons. Taking it apart to solder your own wiring harness isn't about exploding springs and parts, it's perfectly disassembled for re-soldering.

The switches are the quality I expected for the price. I've used them on my kids' MX650 dirt bikes as part of some of the upgrades we're doing. Exactly what they need for the headlights we added and they match the steering wheel perfectly. children love them.

These are good switches. I have used them as on/off switches for my lawn mower and pressure washer. They fit snugly on the lawnmower handlebars and although they function like a reverse kill switch and cycle on and off to complete the ignition system grounding, they work very well. I've had to fabricate a mount for an on/off switch so many times that I finally figured it out and bought something that mounts directly to the device without fabrication.

Impossible to judge the online shopping experience. These switches were cheap and feel cheap when used. They don't have a smooth, substantial feel when shifting. The case is unreasonably large at the bottom, emphasizing the appearance of cheapness. It would be nice if the cables were longer. Not sure what crazy setup would require a shorter wire length than my setup. Adding another 6+ inches would have saved me from having to solder the extension cord. Great product! I installed headlights and fog lights on my motorcycle and bought them to turn on and off. They fit my bars perfectly, although they measure from 7/8" at the ends to 1 1/8" in the middle. They have a solid click when you use them. It's amazing that they come with the connector mounted on the switches and the connector is all part, you have to crimp or solder like I did the pins on the wires and then plug them into the connector, much nicer to install .
