Top quality and lifetime guarantee

These knives are of the highest quality. I have had a set for 25 years and treat them very carefully, they are the best knives I have ever had

Pros
  • Precision sharpened blade and laser edge provide the perfect cutting angle for sharpness and durability
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Ease of use - kitchen and dining

I have two other Henckels beak trimmers but this one is the most comfortable to use. I had one once and gave it to my granddaughter as a paring knife; I missed it so much that I bought another one.

Pros
  • Ice-hardened FRIODUR blade starts sharper, stays sharp longer and has superior stability
Cons
  • Safety

Feels good in the hand

I like my little knife. The second time I managed to cut myself pretty deep. Incredibly sharp. But if you don't mind using a regular potato peeler at all, this little knife is a great substitute.

Pros
  • 57 Rockwell hardness = excellent edge retention
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Great tool in my kitchen knife arsenal

I've had one of these for 15 years. Unfortunately the tip broke off in the fall. Due to its curved shape, it is ideal for very precise cutting of fruit and vegetables in one movement. super sharp!

Pros
  • Blade angle 15 degrees on each side
Cons
  • I will add later

The Best of the Best - Kitchen and Dining

Of the 30+ Henckels I own, this is my favorite knife. I use it every day, 2 or 3 times a day. I keep reading about other knives being better than the Henckel, but in 40 years of using them I haven't had a single complaint. The secret of any knife is to pass it over the shaft several times each time you use it. If you do, they rarely need sharpening.

Pros
  • Ergonomic polypropylene handles permanently bonded for seamless precision and clearance
Cons
  • Interchangeability

But the handle feels comfortable, and the knife has a million.

It's good. All my other Zwilling knives have three bolts in the handle, so this one looks a bit out of place. After buying it, I found that it belongs to the Gemini line, a step down from the Pro line. But the handle feels comfortable and the knife has countless uses. I literally "beak" picked moldy raspberries out of a bad batch today. Ideal for peeling vegetables and slicing. Bought this for my mother in law who has arthritis in her thumbs. The blade shape and handle are perfect for chefs…

Pros
  • Made in Germany
Cons
  • Some cons
