This product is incredibly durable and precise, providing a smooth and efficient experience for all levels of industrial and scientific cutting. The hardened material ensures that the bit remains sharp longer, while the plastic design reduces the risk of rust or other damage. Additionally, the size and shape of the bit make it suitable for a wide range of projects. Does what it says on the tin

I needed to open a 1/2" wheel for a 14mm shaft. I went to the 14.5mm hole just to be sure. Macmaster wanted three times more. The McMaster drill bit was probably better but I may never need that size again Good deal.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Concise instructions

Works well with electric drill parts and accessories

I find that many drill bits don't cut very well out of the box so you should learn how to sharpen drill bits. However, I really only needed this drill to drill a hole in a pair of 12L14 bushings, so I didn't drill in the middle. For now I have drilled one as I only need one at the moment and it was drilled with very little effort. It starts out very rough, with a lot of vibration (on a lathe), but it adapts and makes a nice big chip once. you're under pressure The surface finish isn't perfect…
