Not required for switches and relays

Code erased after alternator was replaced. I haven't installed it but it looks like it's on the car. Based on that, I gave it 5 stars.

Pros
  • Manufactured to GM OE specification for fit, form and function
Cons

2003 Chevy Impala 3.4L Oil Leak Fix

This OEM switch fixed a major oil leak in my wife's Impala. Be sure to buy an oil pressure sensor connector, otherwise you will not be able to remove it. There's a video on YouTube showing how to do this process and it's pretty simple but you can't see what you're doing. Took about 5 minutes to work and this quality switch should last a long time.

After the replacement the oil leak was completely gone. Make sure you replace it when the car is cold as it is next to the exhaust pipe and you can burn your hands. FYI, the oil leak started at about 90,000 miles and I replaced it at…
