The caulk tape is made of butyl rubber. The kitchen self adhesive tape is self adhesive, just peel off the plastic film of caulk strip on the adhesive surface, then press firmly. Provides a long lasting seal and gives a finished professional look to kitchen and bath areas. The waterproof adhesive sealing tape can be used for sealing the seams of gas stove, sink, basin, bathtub and walls.

Gamechanger for Sealing Surfaces

This product revolutionized my caulking game! The waterproof sealant works wonders, especially for my kitchen and bathtub surfaces. It's easy to apply and dries quickly, leaving a clean and professional look. The industrial strength ensures long-lasting durability. The only con is that it's a bit harder to remove if you make a mistake during application. Overall, a great addition to any household or professional's toolkit. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • Industrial strength, waterproof
Cons
  • Harder to remove if applied incorrectly

I understand that others had problems with sticking, but I was lucky. It's not the most visually pleasing solution (I wouldn't use it to frame a kitchen sink or countertop, for example), blindingly white, but it solves the problem. I installed two spots - at the foot of my shower stall to close the gap between the stall and the vinyl floor (to prevent moisture from seeping under the floor) and under the front entry door (same problem with moisture getting under the vinyl , also a small gap…

Pros
  • Provides a permanent seal and gives kitchens and bathrooms a finished, professional look.
Cons
  • little things

I understand others have had sticking issues, but I got lucky. It's not the most visually pleasing solution (let's say I wouldn't use it for kitchen sinks or countertop edges), blindingly white, but it solves the problem. I installed two spots - at the foot of my shower stall to close the gap between the stall and the vinyl floor (to prevent moisture from seeping under the floor) and under the front entry door (same problem with moisture getting under the vinyl , also a small gap under the door

Pros
  • The sealing tape is made of butyl rubber.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
