I'm angry. I needed steel baking sheets ASAP as seen in the picture. It just arrived and the pots are not in the box. Dissatisfied!

They had a bag that was leaking there was warranty and replacement issues they wanted me to go under the truck and take a picture of it I said they were holding it didn't feel necessary, i would just send it back in the leaky bag, and they could just send me my money back, unsatisfied with it

Works exactly like the original. Only this time I adjusted it so it doesn't rub against the spring clip! That was entirely my fault as I installed the original airbags myself. This part matched the one I pulled out (from Kit # AIR LIFT 57275 LoadLifter 5000). I installed the first airbag too close to the spring bracket. He rubbed it and finally made a hole. The new one works great!

When I opened the packaging, I noticed a defect in the assembly of the goods. I called the manufacturer and explained what was going on and they acknowledged the problem, immediately filed a warranty claim and immediately sent me a new airbag. I've been using their products for over 20 years and have always had great customer service. I just wish the wait on the phone wasn't so long to speak to the product service department.
