Definitely a good grease gun

I didn't know what to expect but also thought if I go cheap I get what I paid for. This grease gun is not overpriced and definitely worth the money. High quality, choice of flexible or rigid tubing, great instructions (haven't seen this in a long time). This one pushed grease through the Zerk, causing my last cheap grease gun to crackle and fill the socket like the Zerk was fine. Since it's new I can't say if it will end up leaking, but it definitely had no problem getting the lube where it…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Not bad

Look for a well-known branded product instead

When I first got it, it worked as it should. Maybe a bit difficult to get into the fittings and really difficult to take off, but it's not a big problem. Some of the fittings weren't screwed on at all so I had to tighten them. Now I just went into the garage and saw that a couple of fixtures were leaking and there was a mess. I have to clean everything up and spend a bottle of lube to put some sort of sealant on each fitting to make sure it doesn't leak again. However, I believe that most of…

  • It's OK!

Great tool!: Tools and equipment

This is the best grease gun I've ever used, not to mention I've had several over the years - every single one was a nightmare. You know the story, grease is everywhere, but where you intend it and break out of every connection point on the tool, right? Well, I have many tools and I'm rarely excited about any of them. I have to admit that this tool worked so well that it made me throw my not-so-old grease guns (two) straight into the bin and bow to my wife's ear at what a great tool this is…

Pros
  • This is amazing

  • Very expensive

Very confusing. Leaked everywhere when sitting unused

I thought it was a gun until I went to see it a month after using it. What a mess! Even when depressurized after use, the gun would leak everywhere just sitting. Grease flowed all over the outside of the chamber, and grease also dripped from the trigger and trigger handle, making a huge mess on the other tools. I cleaned the gun twice more, tightened it as best I could, put in a new tube of grease, but to no avail, every time I returned to this gun it was full of grease. Luckily I hung it in a…

The Standard in Grease Guns

This is the best grease gun I have ever had. It is very well designed and has many nice features that make it a pleasure to use. First, it's very clean and doesn't leak grease anywhere. Just make sure you tighten all fittings before using them as they are loose so you can use both rigid and flexible nozzles. I like the hard-coated pistol grips and rubber-coated receiver tube, which is about half the weight of my other shotgun's barrel. The head has a spring-loaded, finger-operated air vent, but

Pretty good pistol.

Pretty good grease gun. The supplied hose is too short. An additional longer hose should be supplied with the gun but must be purchased separately. The seal on the piston inside the cylinder is not replaceable. This seal usually wears out over time, leading to gun failure. The floating spring on the hose is not good. It is needed so that the hose does not twist. If necessary, the spring should be attached directly to the coupling on the hose to prevent the hose from kinking. A rubber boot to…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Expensive junk - photo

The piston seal broke and came loose from the piston after about 1/4 of the first tube of grease squirted out. The weather is hot now, so the fat with the least possible resistance was elastic. All jerk fittings it has been used on were on newer equipment and have minimal drag. The return period has probably expired and I threw away the packaging. Either way, I wouldn't wrap this mess up for a return. The two fittings on the gun head wept from the start (I tightened them even before I put…
