Difficult installation that requires waiting

I have not installed it yet because it seems a very complicated installation that takes more time than I currently have.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Expensive

Avoid this light kit

Does not appear to be a complete kit. Writes to install "wiring harness" but there is no wiring harness. The light wires don't seem long enough to run from the truck bed to the battery. The switch is not weatherproof, so it must be installed in the cab. It doesn't make installation any easier. Also, the instructions are extremely vague and not complete enough. I have no idea how bright the lights are because who has time to figure out how to install this incomplete kit. upset. Don't buy this.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

B-Light removes the dash and it says Perfect

I have a Ford F-150 exactly as pictured even with meds (which I love) and extang cover. The headlights are too wide to fit under the truck body rails. Bedrag makes it impossible to mount lamps on the side of the bed. I finally got out some duct tape and stuck it to the top of the bed. The amount of light doesn't make the installation worth the hassle or price. When I found out, I already had them installed, which involved creating a mounting bracket, cutting and splicing the cables, and routing

Extang 315 B-Light Tonneau Lighting System

Very happy with the lighting system in my Ford F-150 Supercrew. Very bright lights and beautiful color LEDs for the cargo area. I have a factory installed bed insert. I installed the toggle switch without using the toggle switch that came with the bulbs. The toggle switch was pre-wired and installed in the truck's cargo area on the driver's side next to the tailgate. I bought 20 feet of red and black wire and routed the wire from the back of the cab to the engine bay under the truck. Power was…

Not what I expected - poor value for money

Two sets of lightbulbs with bare wires on the ends. A switch. Clips for attaching wires with tape. There is no built in fuse, no wires to the front of the truck, no connectors to connect to the switch terminals or to the battery. There are no instructions although they are available online. I'll double check if it makes sense to keep these for myself or to buy my own headlights and parts. I was expecting a full set. To edit. So the weather was getting warmer and I finally found the time to…
