Well-priced and well-made

I bought this for my son who plays hockey and my husband, a stroke victim, who struggles with balance. It is a little smaller than I would have liked but large enough for my husband's sized 10.5 shoes. I like that it has handles on the side. I plan to attach some exercise bands that we have once they are ready for that phase. The rounded bottom is a hard surface unlike the inflatable types of balance boards and it does tend to spin when you get on to it. I would recommend placing the wobble…

Pros
  • This is a great item! If you need help with your balance, this is it!
Cons
  • Not easy to store or transport

Smaller than I thought but very useful

While under home isolation, my 12 yo hockey player son is going bonkers without his normal hockey outlet. Bought this to help amp up difficulty with off-ice training options at home. He has been practicing balancing on one foot (other foot bent and raised) while he stick/puck handles. Very challenging but also great strength builder. Does it for hours swapping back and forth between legs. Very well made, sturdy (not flimsy), just smaller than I had thought it would be. My mistake, I didn't…

Pros
  • Works great
Cons
  • No padding on the handles, had to wrap the handles with pot holders. What a pain

Would not buy again

It’s ok. Not really wide enough to get good balance or feel stable on it. Needs a bigger staging/platform area to stand on and a smaller "ball” underneath so its not so extreme. I always need to hold on when I’m on it. Would not buy again unfortunately. It’s durable and sturdy bc it’s made out of hard plastic but I don’t think I feel very stable on it. I’ve tried other brands that had a wider platform and lower ball and I could balance and feel the burn in my abs without feeling like I would…

Pros
  • Works great even with 200+ lbs on it
Cons
  • Requires complete concentration to avoid injury

Slippery Surface Needs Grip Tape to be safely used.

I bought this as a core exercise tool, I have found that the surface is very slippery and requires the use of athletic shoes to be used safely. I first tried to stand on it with socks only and quickly my foot slid off due to the surface not being rubberized like it should have been. I have used similar wooden balance devices that have grip tapes without any issues of slippage. This is very disappointing that this balance device while being durable was not well thought out. "Only use with shoe…

Pros
  • it is good for stretching the calf muscles and it feels really good
Cons
  • Limited color selection

Great balance board for a quick workout

Great balance board, massage beads add a little incentive to just stand on it at times.Still smaller than a bosu ball though.I’m not the biggest fan of the spiked bottom as I am on a carpeted floor a lot and the spikes dig into the carpet taking away the balance. But doing exercises such as squats, curls, yoga poses, I can definitely feel my legs being engaged

Pros
  • Very useful for balance and Coordination while get core stability
Cons
  • Not suitable for all fitness levels

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Dangerous to use unless you use shoes and a rubber floor.

Surface is very slick and dangerous to use.Rubber bottom also doesn’t go all the way out to where the smooth part touches the floor and making it a trip hazard. Very poorly designed for standing on.Would maybe be good if you use shoes and on a rubber floor. But I wouldn’t personally risk it.

Pros
  • Has a larger bottom than other boards. Great for balance training
Cons
  • No adjustable difficulty

I wish it was wider

I wish it was wider. I would like to place my feet further apart when doing some exercises. Other than that, it’s everything I hoped it would be.

Pros
  • 16.5IN BIGGER SIZE FOR MULTI EXERCISES USE ——16.5 inches(41.5cm) diameter provides a larger space for both feet and variety workouts like squat, push-up, ballet pose, tilts, planks and leg lifts. Made of solid TPE, the board is more tear-resistant and durable that supports up to 660 lbs.
Cons
  • May be difficult to clean

More useful than you think!

So, I bought it like many as a balance board. My son needed one for knee rehab and I was reluctant to buy an inflatable balance board. Well, I'm glad I made the decision to buy this one! He used it all of 5 times and it was sitting in the middle of the living room un-used. I have chronic back pains (scoliosis and arthritis) and one day I decided to lay on it to stretch my back. Boy oh boy! It absolutely works! I place it on three areas of my back and use it differently for each area. I use it…

Pros
  • Improves sports performance
Cons
  • May be potentially dangerous for inexperienced users

Too easy, slippery surface

For those of us who already have pretty good balance and want to challenge ourselves, this tool is a little too easy. I was able to stand on 1 foot immediately. The standing surface is also quite slick and requires great caution getting on and off. Otherwise, for the cost, it’s a solid investment and will serve most people just fine.

Pros
  • Made of durable, high-quality materials
Cons
  • Not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure

Just a smidge too small

Hard to balance on with my feet-just a bit too small in diameter. It’s a hard edge, so sitting crisscross is painful as my ankles hang off just a bit. If it had like 4 more inches across, it would be perfect! As it is, I just get something (like a folded pair of socks) to put under my ankle bone to provide some amount of cushion. It’s a fun challenge to balance while I watch tv in my living room!

Pros
  • ‎EVERYMILE
Cons
  • Difficulty level may not increase as users progress in skill

Slippery Surface good for me

Sturdy product and good for what it's advertised to do. low impact core and balance training. The only reason I did not give 5 Star rating is because the surface is slippery unless you are wearing shoes. Barefoot or wearing only socks the plastic surface will not provide sufficient grip and your foot will slide off the balance board. Definitely needs higher friction surface. Excellent otherwise.

Pros
  • Targets all the major muscle groups
Cons
  • Limited size options

Not as wide as it could be

Durable with good materials. It’s not as wide as I thought so it’s difficult to get on it if you have big or wide feet. It’s also slick which is nuts but I just sprayed it with non slip product designed for use on slippery stairs. It does the job for the price I guess but it’s has all the potential to be perfect but it’s not.

Pros
  • Burns calories and promotes weight loss
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with certain physical disabilities

Just Right good for me

I don't have the room for one of those big BOSU balance trainers, (and anyway I got tired of reinflating the BOSU ball I had years ago). I wanted something more compact, and that didn't have to be inflated. This product hit the spot. It's not nearly as wide as the big gym trainers, so you don't get a wide stance workout. But, it's wide enough that you can get a nice workout of your hips, knees, and ankles. You can do side to side, circular, and front to back exercises - just realize that with a…

Pros
  • Comes with a free workout guide
Cons
  • Not recommended for individuals with knee injuries

Great office workout

I use a stand up desk at work and so I figured I would get this to give me a workout while working. It definitely gives my feet and legs a good workout and helps improve my balance. The material is solid and some other heavier people in my office have stood on it and it's still holding up strong. It doesn't move on carpet when using it because of the material on the bottom. I do wish I could use it in just socks but it is slippery with just socks. I guess I could get some other socks that have…

Pros
  • ‎Upgraded Version
Cons
  • Not suitable for all surfaces

Mostly a toy, novelty wore off

Quite challenging to use as intended given pitch of the curve underneath, but an amusing challenge for adults and kids alike. It's definitely different and provides a unique experience, but nothing intuitive.hardtk step on and off. I didn't use it that much over the year I've owned it (we played with it a lot the first months, a few adults and a bunch of kids) so I can't attest to incredible sturdiness. I just gave it 4 out of 5 because that's my confidence.

Pros
  • Can be used to challenge core muscles
Cons
  • May not be effective for improving bone density

Works.weak ankles are getting better

It really does help with balance and helped strengthen my ankles. However wear shoes when using.I fell off and landed with toes under and broke my second toe.

Pros
  • Portable and easy to use
Cons
  • Limited availability

Fantastic price for a quality product

Super fast delivery, amazing price, and feels very durable. If you want to work on your balance but you're not ready to invest in a Bosu Ball this is a great introductory product. The standing platform is smaller than I was expecting, but it doesn't hinder my ability to use it at all. It comes inflated so it is ready to use out of the box. It weighs all of a few ounces (ok, maybe 1 lb) and tucks away nicely when not in use. I've been using it in the hallway, on a thick rug, so I can use the…

Pros
  • Helps prevent injury
Cons
  • May not be effective for those with high arches

Perfect for Core Workout

After trying this balance board, I can confidently say it has made a significant difference in my core workout. It's an excellent tool for building stability and strength in the lower body. The design is exceptionally durable and user-friendly, with a non-slip surface that makes it perfect for any sports and outdoors activity. The only downside is that it takes some time to get used to utilizing it effectively. Overall, an affordable product that genuinely delivers results.

Pros
  • Improves balance, stability and core strength
Cons
  • Requires space to use effectively

Great for physical therapy at home and core strength!

I have had 3 knee surgeries (I'm 36) and my ankles have never regained their strength, as well as my right thigh muscle.I got this balance board to help regain strength, and within a WEEK I notice a huge change. How is that even possible?!I use the board at least 10 to 15 minutes a day. The first day I could barely stay on for 4 minutes. Now I am already able to bend my knees slightly to get a better strengthening workout. My legs and ankles feel the burn during and the next day. But each day I

Pros

  • May not provide a challenge for experienced athletes
