ideal for freezing a batch of intermittent fasting bone broth

These containers are great when you're fasting 36 hours or more and need some bone broth to get you through. It seems like 4 ounces of broth is enough to survive a fast, so these containers are perfect. For "intermittent fasting" see the book "The Obesity Code" at the link. I also love freezing the special sauces from the 30 Whole cookbook. It takes a lot of work to make their barbecue sauce, and I might want to defrost it for just one meal. These containers clean up pretty well in the top ofโ€ฆ

The small size offers comfort in many ways.

GladWare makes durable, high-quality plastic containers(?) that can be used for food or storage. Here are a few ways I find them VERY useful: 1. To protect delicate items in a lunch bag. 2. To ensure the sealing of viscous or liquid food in a lunch bag. 3. For freezing ingredients that you need very little. 4. As a last resort, they can be used to measure liquids. 5. For storing mixed spices or sugar. 6. They can be used in the office, bedroom or garage to store small items such as paper clips,

Pros
  • Value for money
Cons
  • Thin

These containers were a big disappointment. I looked at the 8 ounce snap top containers sold by a competitor but bought them as a last resort to see if they would work for storing individual food portions in the freezer. They didn't do it to go hunting. First, the packaging says they are stackable. The lids can stack if you keep them in a drawer, but as soon as you put them on top of a container and try to stack the containers on top of each other in the freezer, they fall over everywhere.
