Tool Fails on First Use

Soft metal like tool fails on first use. It's not even hard to loosen the screws, but the tip gets cut off easily. Item returned for refund.

Money thrown away: Hand tool

The bit rounded off immediately. Steel is too soft for torx screws. I even heated the ever-living screw first to loosen screw lock if necessary. still have no idea BECAUSE I CANNOT TURN THE SCREW! The driver died on the first attempt. Don't buy if your products don't require torque.

Price Speaks Best Keys

If you expected more for the price then you don't know much about tools. I managed to remove the four screws I had to remove, but this thing is very cheap and will never be part of a working toolbox. Make sure the head is seated properly if you plan on loosening overtightened screws, as this cheap metal probably won't take very much torque.

There is a better choice

I only used it once and chose a better product. falls out of the kit and makes it almost impossible to turn the screw. The larger sizes on the other hand seem to stay in place so I haven't thrown this product away yet, it might come in handy in the future. But this tool won't be my first choice, I'll tell you that.

Broke after 1 month, highly recommend

Bought to tighten 2 main bolts on an adult electric scooter. This tool literally fell apart after 1 month of use (about 2-3 screw tightenings per week). I also didn't overtighten/tighten the screw. The tool literally fell apart. The plastic tips seemed to crumble into small, sharp pieces. Wouldn't recommend at all. Find another brand. The parts got lost while driving, otherwise they would have sent the item back. Since I didn't have all of that, I didn't try to return it.

All the buttons I've tried so far have worked perfectly. I used it to take apart a couple of Xbox controllers and adjust the screws on the pocket knives. 4 stars because they are quite tight to open and the quality seems a bit poor. unfinished. Some keys do not fit properly on the shaft, they can wobble noticeably at the point where they wrap around the axle.
