Dodge Durango for parts

Helped my Dodge from overheating when towing. The usual location for the thermostat is at the bottom of the engine which doesn't make sense to me so I put it at the top.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automatic

Excellent Quality Good for Part

Excellent option for repairing a stuck open thermostat on a car where the thermostat is buried under the intake manifold etc. Very well made, no leaks. Came with a pad.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Doubtful

Great solution for what I needed

Works exactly as expected. I was able to sand it down and paint it black to suit my application. Overall, this saved money compared to figuring out how else to add a thermostat.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

cut, install and clamp

Good product. Great for a mod hot rod. Uses it in place of Eddlebrock's hard seal intake manifold thermostat housing. Simply insert the thermostats, cut off the hose, mount and clamp.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Out of fashion

First time my Jeep Liberty CRD was able to stay at 12:00. I've had a few OEM thermostat failures in the past, but this pup was finally able to get the engine warm and have a nice warm interior. If the thermostat fails, there should now be an easier and cheaper solution.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
