The product is already dead, only 2 weeks in use. As soon as we turn it on, it turns off the switch. After checking the fuse and thinking it blown, I see that the fuse housing is blown. The fuse box is likely grounded to the chassis and has shorted out the unit. I would not recommend this product as it is poorly made. I would return it if I could, but I just went past the minimum return period.

The transformer worked fine for a few months but suddenly died last week. I changed the fuse and tried a different outlet but it still doesn't work. I sent a message to the seller last week but received no response. Please contact me at the email address on file at Revain.com to let me know where I can have the transformer repaired or how to return it if it works. Thank you!

First it came with a wired European plug so we had to buy a $45 adapter from Stayonline.com (great products). We hooked everything up and it worked great for 3 days and then it just died. I've seen similar complaints from other buyers. It would have been great value for money but it didn't last long so we sent it back and didn't get a replacement. We ended up buying a much more expensive $895 device from PowerXchanger, which in contrast has good tech support.

Weighs a ton. works great but one of the 4 ordered arrived damaged and unusable. The seller refused to replace or repair. AMAZON returned everything to me. If it breaks, sorry! I couldn't find parts anywhere. Made in China. The case metal was bent on all units during transportation because the heavy TRANSFORMER inside severely bent the bottom plate on all units. It took a lot of work to get it right. The internal wiring is of very good quality.
