Terrible. The coating does not protect against corrosion. falling apart.

Terrible. The coating does not protect against corrosion. Breaks apart almost instantly, constantly throwing HUGE splinters that damage the garbage chute's bearings and connections. Copper plating is not copper and is worse than completely useless. STAY AWAY!

Good value for money, does not last long

Bought these copper colored washcloths to clean my wok. Value for money is good but not very durable. It starts to rust and falls apart after a week of daily use leaving rust everywhere I put it. So every day I use a dish sponge again and from time to time I use this copper colored washcloth to clean the wok's sticky surface.

Instant rust or copper leak

After first use and contact with water, an orange-brown puddle will form under these pads which may temporarily stain the surface of the sink. It's hard to believe, and the claim that the product won't rust seems wrong - maybe they're claiming that the orange-brown puddle is pure copper, which immediately peels off the pad's surface. Fraud.

Here's My Story - Scouring Pads & Sticks

Pressure on my pressure-cooked steel wasn't pressed. Increased the heat. Eventually the button popped up and we got pressure. But I still have soot on the bottom of the pan. Tried everything. I used sandpaper but I knew it would scratch the steel. A srubit copper pad and LOTS of elbow grease removed the char. I learned about pressure cookers and charcoal sealed as tight as Teflon. No scratch on the steel. Minimal base deformation. And I have 5 more! Highly recommended for industrial charring.

Steel wool so. 80s It rusts, scratches the surfaces of your stainless steel and glassware and has almost no place in the kitchen anymore. These copper-coated sponges do a much better job, don't rust, last longer, and are capable of removing the most stubborn baked-on particles or dirt on stainless steel or glassware. I received this 12 pack and I'm still on my first pad, I use it maybe once a week. But never on cast iron or carbon steel for obvious reasons. :) But when I'm frying something in a
