It's hard to find in my area.

Lower mAh NiMH batteries are already hard to find in local stores. Most have a capacity of 2000mAh or more, which is too much for the cheap solar panels in my headlights. I get over a year or more on each battery in my string lights. Of course, when the days are cloudy, the fee is very limited. But on a good sunny day, the charge will hold until daylight turns the lights off.

Pros
  • An Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price

Disappointment - Household item

These batteries came in sealed packaging - not unusual packaging - the packaging just says NEW and some numbers, not even a brand name or anything. I put them in my solar lights - the battery that came with my solar lights lasted 6 weeks - they only lasted about 2 weeks. Despite being in the sun for 8+ hours (to recharge), my flashlights now don't burn for more than an hour. Pretty expensive as it is not durable. Very disappointed.

Cons

We've tested replacement batteries by installing them in old and new headlights. We also swapped out the batteries in the new lights and put them in the old lights just to make sure the solar panels wouldn't cause a charging error. We did this with multiple lights for several days and the results showed the batteries just…
