UPDATE: Downgraded to 1 star

UPDATED rating: Completely stopped working after only 5 days, so my previous rating is no longer relevant and I can' I can not generally recommend it.

Pros

Easy to install and understand software application, always works flawlessly on all my laptops (4), tablets (3) and desktops (4), including Windows combination and apple products.jgd

Works well if you can do without a poorly written manual. Instructions and initial settings

work. Then I tried again and after a reboot my printer came up with a page with an IP address that was out of range of my router. This meant I now had to reconfigure my router with a smart home network of 40+ different items, locks, lights, smart TVs, wireless printers, security DVRs, etc. to match a randomly chosen IP address, so that I can connect to it for configuration. .The manufacturer does not provide services on weekends or after business hours. There was no one to turn to for helpโ€ฆ
