First of all, the bag does what it promises: keeps the contents absolutely dry. The fabric is a fairly thick, rubbery material (which means it's not flexible at all) and is a duffel bag that you can stuff your stuff in like a tube. There are two *small* internal pockets (one the size of a man's wallet or cellphone, the other a little larger) for small items that you don't have to rummage through. It closes with a velcro. There's also a small outer mesh pocket, which obviously doesn't stay dry…

This holdall is great for storing groceries, electronics and other items that need to stay dry in inclement weather. It offers massive storage space and is moderately easy to carry. Here's my rundown of the pros and cons: PROS: Extremely water repellent. Your items stay dry. Almost guaranteed. The material is high quality and waterproof, but heavy. Wet Separator Bag

This bag is made of thick, slightly stiff plastic. The plastic makes this whole bag waterproof, which is more suitable as a "wet separator" than a bag that can be submerged in water and meant to stay dry. This means that when you "close" the bag (you do this by rolling up the top and fastening it with Velcro), it is not completely sealed. Sounds like a simple bag. And it is. Big plastic bag.
