There have been massive complaints from customers using Wirex services. Some complained that they couldn’t withdraw ad the kept getting charged after they have indicated that they wanted to stop using the platform while some complained of monies missing in their account after a failed transaction. Another customer complained that his account was blocked without cause.
There have been a lot of negative comments about wirex. I implore intending customers to tread with caution.
Wirex have also tried to attend to customer complaints but the need to do more because negative news spreads like wildfire
