Terrible product, not worth the money at all!

I've only used it for a short time, so I can't comment on its quality just yet. There are benefits and drawbacks to the application used to encrypt and back up data. I am concerned about the safety of your data because the default program wants to upload it to the cloud.

Pros
  • Data encryption and backup software exists, and it's portable, lightweight, and cheap.
Cons
  • - The amount is lower than what was advertised (by as much as 10%), coming in at 1.8 TB instead of 2 TB. Misleading product and website descriptions! - The HDD's USB port is loose (buried within). I don't think it will hold up to regular use for very long. Inadequate resistance to shock Reduced length of cable No USB Type-C plug

High-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

After transferring 200 GB of data on the device, I purchased it with the intention of using it to store the photographic and videographic history of my family. The most important thing is to have a long life. It's hard to evaluate how fast it is because it took thirty to forty gigabytes to load for what felt like an eternity, but all in all, I'm pleased with the performance.

Good product for me, no problems at all.

The one before that had an order placed with the Chinese on Ozone for a marriage. It's a good thing I got a refund; they gave me the money; but, I wasted a lot of time. bravo !

Pros
  • It's a great product, and it does the job!
Cons
  • Not

Perfect product for any user!

Only over time can the HDD's dependability and quality be determined. I am therefore unable to speak at this time. Everything is good right now.

Pros
  • Color and design. attractive and little.
Cons
  • Lack of

It cant be worse! A waste of money.

I purchased for backups that are kept in a nightstand or cabinet. I didn't even let him leave the house. At most ten times did I connect it to the computer. Although it was typically stored in a nightstand in a factory film, after removing the film it turned into trash - even the rubber legs broke off! The appearance worsened than that of my 10-year-old macbook, which fell from a 3-meter height without effects! The Mona Lisa was disturbed more frequently at the Louvre than this craft, and this…

Pros
  • They're not present.
Cons
  • He no longer feels as like he is scratching himself with his vibrations. An unsightly sata-usb3.0 hybrid drive is inside, not a regular SATA drive, on one board.

I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!

Purchased for use in the archive. Even though this laptop includes solid state storage, I still prefer to save my photographs on hard drives because I'm an Old Believer. Since 1995, when I first started working in the computer industry, Western Digital products have been a regular part of my job. firm in the roles of assembler, seller, and buyer. That is to say, tens of thousands went through me without a doubt, and I have to say that WD had the fewest issues. They never gave themselves the…

Pros
  • The cost is very reasonable, the product is of satisfactory quality, and the manufacturer is a fan-favorite.
Cons
  • No.

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

I already use more than one disk, everything is very good and I don’t know any problems with these disks Got pros: Good assembly, I took photos for the archive, so that's it! Reliability! Cons below: Of course, you can increase the speed of reading and writing, but this disk is not for speed)

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

I did not take it for YM; rather, I took it for Ali because here someone sends something different than what you ordered. And not necessarily this one, but on 5 terabytes. Specifically 4.5 trillion billion My very first hard disk drive was a 20 MB MFM (other types didn't exist back then). Yes Yes. It is measured in megabytes. The concept of gigabytes did not even exist at that time. The word "petabyte" is now present, but no one has noticed it in its current state. Since then, I've handled a…

Pros
  • Maintains a low profile. There is hardly any heat. After eight hours of nonstop copying of files of varying sizes (transferring from another disk), it warmed up by around one to two degrees above the temperature of the room it was kept in. Somewhat more compact than its predecessor in every dimension.
Cons
  • Someone on Amazon is cheating, and those with poor intelligence would wash a reputable firm and a nice product to make themselves look better. Hello there, moderators! Wake up!

The quality is top notch and I recommend the product for purchase.

Overall, the disc is excellent. I use all generations of My Passport, but there is 1 question about the reliability of the connector. I'll try to convey in the photo.

Pros
  • Brand, guarantee, reliability and speed.
Cons
  • In this model, a small minus has appeared in the form of a non-rigid fastening of the connector, there is a feeling that it can break out . this was not the case in previous versions.

The kit was not packaged properly

The kit comes in a sealed bag with a label saying it contains a 5TB hard drive and a sleeve. When you open it, there is a 4TB hard drive inside. I sent it back and got a different set. Estimate another 4 TB inside. Returned, received CD and case separately, and guess what, it was $50 off!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Pretty compact HD

I bought this to back up photos on my laptop and it's a gem. It is small, compact and has a large storage capacity. I will be buying another one so I have two backups to keep one at my daughter's house.

Pros
  • glitters
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great CD so far

I've had this CD for a few months now and it has held up well so far and has had a few trips. This disc is very small and easy to use. The included hard case is great and seems to protect the drive well and helps keep up with the USB cable. I'll probably buy another one when my large desktop drive dies.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Hard to say

Fast and Accurate: Data Storage

Great product with lots of storage. Transfer speeds are excellent and portability is a great feature. I highly recommend this product.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Corn Damage

This is not USB C 3.2 Gen 1. This is USB 3.1 Gen 1

Not a USB-C connector, it's a regular USB 3.0/3.1 connector with a regular USB cable. It says USB 3.1 Gen2 in bold, then USB C below that, then USB 3.1 Gen 1, and then USB 3.2 Gen 1 below that. I can say with absolute certainty that it's not USB C. I haven't run any benchmark tests to determine if it's 3.2 or 3.1. I wanted a 3.2 USB-C drive but won't be returning it.

Pros
  • SUFFICIENT STORAGE: With 4TB large capacity, you can store and backup all your files. This portable storage solution is perfect for traveling with peace of mind!
Cons
  • Secret

Tiny but packed with storage for photographers on the go

This is my second purchase of a WD Passport drive and I was not disappointed. USB transfer times are excellent and the drive does not require a separate power supply, so perfect for when you're a photographer on the go. Case Logic's small case protects your drive from bumps and dents.

Pros
  • HDD SPECIFICATION: 4TB capacity - USB 3.0 Type-C (USB 3.1 Gen 1) interface - Bus powered, no external power required - AES 256-bit hardware encryption
Cons
  • Lightweight torn

Works with QNAP NAS

I bought it to use as a backup for my QNAP NAS. I first bought a Seagate external drive but they formatted it to work with Windows. So I returned the Seagate and bought this one. My NAS recognized it with no problems. For a small business (two people), it's the little things that count in how your NAS recognizes an external drive.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Crumpled
