Metamask - necessary for Dapps and DeFi interaction
Metamask is ethereum based web wallet (now also avaiable to phone users) which you can use to interact with ethereum bockchain based solutions and dapps. It has incredibly catchy logo of fox which is staring at each of your move :)
It is now used for DeFi lending protocols (esp. "food" one). Compare to MEW it has a huge advantage that it can be installed as an web explorer plugin and you can use it to interact with so many dapps. It is a prime choice if you like to experiment with dapps and DeFi protocols.
