Review on Bitget by Operation Build Up

I head about them in a trading group so figured id give them a try. I made a deposit.. After waiting hours the funds were never credited to my account. I contacted customer support, they just broomed me and ended the chat,sent me instructions to email support. It takes them days to even respond. Days later I got my funds cleared finally. A week later I thought maybe it was just a mistake and transferred over more funds, again my deposit was lost. I've now been going back and forth with them in the chat all day. They told me to email customer service and wait 3 days for a response. Horrible customer service, chat reps end the chat on you, and they will literally repo your funds and keep them for days before returning them. Very frustrating, very unprofessional which is too bad because its not a bad platform if they actually give you your money back
