Ok, I have had a lot of headlamps. I beat the hell out of them and know a good one when I get one. This one is nothing to get excited about. It does have some good qualities but overall for the price I think you can do better. The major hangup is battery life. Sure it will say lit somewhat for a few hours but the light dims very quick. In our heavy duty fleet repair shop we often do not have proper lighting to inspect heavy vehicles. Since I purchased these lights for two of my Technicians their performance has improved 100%. These light have different brightness settings and you can put light on motion detection with your hand so as not to blind other people when talking to them. I will purchase more as battery life works on a charge all day.

Was hoping for a very very slim and thin head lamp, unfortunately it’s a little bulky in the front, still thinner than most.

The battery only lasted about two hours at most and I did charge it before I first used it. Besides that it's great. Thanks for attention.

Can't see very far with this, but it gives you a REALLY nice wide view of everything within 15ft of you. It's a bit awkward to adjust the straps to fit, and it's a little bulky, but tolerably balanced. Mine stopped working reliable about a year after I got it, a short in the wire that comes from the battery case right at the point where it enters the light by your forehead. If I move too fast or bump the light it shorts and shuts off--so it's pretty much broken and very difficult to use at this

Even at the lowest intensity, the forehead lamp is quite bright. There is no blink feature. The rear red light is so dim as to be nearly useless. But, it is what it is, seems well constructed, and if you're wanting it to work in a coal mine, this is excellent. If IO had wanted a headlamp flashlight, instead of a lamp to signal my presence, it would get five stars.

It is an excellent light. I am an automotive technician and this light comes in handy all the time. On mine, two of the LEDs did not work out of the box but that was a simple fix. The reason it's not getting 5 stars is because the rubber power button doesn't hold up to oils. Mine got very swollen and fell apart, allowing debris, oils, and shop chemicals to get into the circuitry rendering it useless. Mine lasted 6 months. This light it pretty sweet! Light is a little more low profile then my last one. Love the intergraded hard hat clips. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is because with the motion sensor only turns the light on high mode instead of low or medium. That would be a good option to save on battery life if you don't need that much light. Other than that light is very nice.

Easy to use. This is my favorite of all the headlights I have. Riding my Canam at night I can see all around when I turn my head for quite a distance. More like daybreak than night. And not like a flashlight beam but a rather wide view.

I've had this for close to a year, used mostly in winter months for construction work.Good at first, but now the light level soon drops off to where it's not clear whether it is on or not- approaching the do-not-bother point. Maybe being little used over the summer was not good for the battery.Another similar, but with single bulb, light continues to perform well.
