Bicratic is need to improve on customer service
Bicratic Exchange is an Indian decentralized Exchange that supports erc-20 tokens.
The exchange is very easy to use since it doesnt require a login or registration to use. However every user must have an Ethereum based wallet like metamask that can easily be connected to Bicratic exchange. All transactions will take place from the wallet. Infact trading fund is never deposited with Bicratic. They use offchain and order books for settlement.
The exchange was launched in 2018 and since then it has gathered a large community of users. As a matter of fact there user community on telegram is more than 15000.
Unfortunately there are lots of negative comments about them from users. Some complain that there token got stolen and some complained about poor customer service.
Anyone who wishes to use this Exchange should take caution.

- No login or registration is required
- They have a large community of users on social media
Cons
- Very low liquidity is experienceI on the exchange
- It doesn't support any other cryptocurrency apart from erc-20 tokens
- There are lots of negative comment from users
- It doesn't offer trading on the go because there is no app
- Poor customer service
