    Buy it! This thing works like a real beast! The LTE radio is insanely fast (3-channel aggregation makes a huge difference in speed), reception is very, very good, and WiFi performance is amazing too! Performance is much better than using tethering on your mobile phone, especially as you increase the number of connected devices. The battery life is also great.     Poor hardware reception and accuracy

    I bought this device for a trip from New York to San Francisco (about 2.5 weeks) and paid for the Verizon Prepaid Datapack 4G LTE plan. I have to say I'm very disappointed and here are some hard facts: 1. Reception was poor near the border or outside of urban areas. My iPhone X (running t-mobile) has better reception than a dedicated device with data plan (running Verizon), which I find very odd.     Very happy with this purchase.

    It worked exactly how I needed it. I have a MiMo and needed two antenna connectors. I already had two Verizon JetPak, but they only had one antenna connector each, so they didn't work with MiMo. Because of my contract with Verizon, I couldn't pay off my two jetpacks. So I bought this. So far I've only used this one, the other two are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the end of the contract. Another thing, the Verizon store I went to to activate it and put in a SIM didn't have a SIM for it…

    The seller did NOT include a charger and there were always problems with the device.

    I bought this about a year ago and have never had one so didn't know what to expect. The first problem is that the description says the kit comes with a charger and cable, but it doesn't. I contacted the seller and he said he would send them but never did. So I had to buy a USB-C charger that MUST be activated just to use the device. The second issue is that the jetpack has always had trouble turning on. If the device is off or turning off, pressing and holding the power button will turn it on,

    We had problems with that from the start. That .

    We had problems with that from the start. It likes to stop working and then force you to reset. We can't finish an hour long film. Our old AC791L never did this, but this unit's display went blank. Edit: The signal in the house is terrible too. won't even connect in a bedroom 20 feet away, while all other jetpacks I've had haven't had significant signal degradation around the house.

    Need a better indoor antenna. My VZW phone shows 2 bars but MiFi doesn't show any. I get 2 bars by connecting to a rooftop Yagi pointing at my VZW turret.
