Just received the product (2018 version) about a week ago. I connected everything, I had to call their support several times to sort out a few questions. Great service received, polite, helpful, professional. Recommend this system (latest version) to anyone looking for a standalone home system.

Was very excited about my new simplisafe alarm until I found out I can't get notifications when the sensor is triggered, it unless I subscribed to the "Interactive Service" for 25.00 per month! This is very deceptive and you should know that you cannot use your cell phone to activate or receive notifications unless you spend that amount of money.
