User friendly platform which enables smooth management

The software helps me to manage my customer's experience with us in real time, so that I can easily take steps as soon as possible when there are any problems or issues. It also allows me to create an internal view of all customers' experiences. There could be some improvement by adding more features like chat history. Also it would be great if you get notifications about new messages from your clients automatically. As far as this point we have nothing to complain about. We use Alicina for…

Customer Service is Excellent and Very Helpful

The customer service team has been very helpful when needing assistance with an issue or concern about our program in general, it takes time to get someone who can help you but they are always available via phone call as well! It was not easy getting this software installed properly because there were many issues that needed troubleshooting/fixing before we could make use outofthe box functions within our system but I am happy so far!! Excellent Customer Service Platform for Call Center

It has been very easy to implement in our organization, with only one person being trained by their team it was able solve all my problems related to customer service center management. There are some features that I would like more customization such as adding new modules or creating additional pages but this can be solved if you have enough resources so far everything went well!
