Excellent pads in Pads

I've always been a fan of EBC brakes. I've ridden them on every bike I've had with no problems. Now I have them on my Honda VTX 1300 03 and they feel great. I've been driving it for a few months now and I'm very happy with it.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Expensive

Braking Power - Replacement Parts

You don't know what you don't know! I have never tried high performance brakes. My rear tire stops 2 times better than before. Not sure how?!? It just slows down better, stops faster, blocks less and feels better. I can't wait to do the front brakes of this brand Suzuki T-shirt built model 650 year 2007

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • Fade-out

They work great for the braking system.

. Bearing pads as if there were no rear brake. It's like day and night. Fast positive bite and progressive catch from there. If you drive, good tires and good brakes are a must. EBC brakes front and rear. Michelin Road Pilot 4, for tires. Take care, enjoy the ride!

Pros
  • . Easy to use.
Cons
  • . Little repairable.

They fit 2009 SV650S

Used on the rear of the 09 SV650S. They fit. They work. Mine occasionally squeaks at low revs, but that may be due to the rotor not being polished with a Scotchbrite pad before use as the stock pads may be a different material. I've only ridden it 600 miles or so so can't comment on durability. I will update later

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Uncertain

WILL NOT FIT 2016 NC700X DCT ABS

Claimed to fit 2016 NC700X DCT ABS. It's not like this. Trust me I've spent the last half hour trying to reconcile it. This may apply to the non-DCT version. I will be returning this item because some idiots didn't bother to fact check before selling. I am very angry about this. Will send the product back.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • So far so good

Good product!

Recommend to the seller for your immediate purchase and excellent product.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

EBC seems consistent

I have used other EBC products and they seem to be of consistent quality with no iron dust. These were semi-synthetic pads from HH. They sit fairly quickly and brake more gently than sintered pads sometimes suggest. Organically smooth but doesn't hold up that well, at least that's what I'm told. For bikes I always use EBC and the HH semi-agglomerate seems to fit well. I have also used their EBC rotors on my bike and they are better than the OEM.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Just keep the old ones with pads HW

. These are brake pads from a good manufacturer and they fit and work well in the 2015 Versys 1000 LT. They do NOT come with springs or backing plates although this is in the Description says Comes with factory springs so I was hoping they were skid plates but nothing but pads. So have your old hardware handy if you plan to repurpose it. My guess is that I should put the old heat shields on the new pads, but no info yet. Recommend EBC or Galfer but Galfer lists the wrong part for my 1000…

Pros
  • . Confident
Cons
  • . Hard to tell

These STOP fast! for brake pads

2007 Honda CB900F 919 Hornet. Beware. These are rear pads and I believe the "HH" at the end of the part number distinguishes the "better" pads from the "regular" pads that you might find with a similar part number but not the "HH" at the end. The rear pads went low and I found them about $10 cheaper than ALL others on Revain.com, elsewhere online or locally. $28.50. I think since then (mid July 2012) they have increased the price. Some time has passed. as i have changed brakes on every bike but
